Your property may need some final touches before it is ready to let
such as carpet, blinds, white goods or occasionally furnishings. We
will find out exactly what is needed well ahead of completion and make
arrangements for whatever is needed. You will need to pay for these
items if they are not included in the purchase price of your property
but we will tell you all the costs
upfront.

If you wish, we will act on your behalf and manage
your portfolio of investment properties. This includes appointing
a local lettings agent and chasing them regularly until the property is
let. We continue to liaise with the agent to ensure the property
is well managed sorting out any maintenance problems and the like that
may arise from time to time leaving you free to concentrate on your priorities.
Throughout, you will be kept well-informed of progress and you will
always make the decisions, but we will do the legwork saving you heaps
