We think it’s important you know all the costs, both actual and
estimated, upfront so you know exactly what you’re getting into
and how much money you’re likely to have to spend on this investment. Personally
we prefer to overestimate rather than underestimate as we don’t
think you’ll mind if in reality it costs less. You won’t
find many other companies that tell it to you like this, and indeed it
may put some people off, but we want you to be able to make a decision
based on full and frank information.
